yep. and fom the actions of Holder/O/and crew they will declare them citizens with all rights. one being no evidence/confessions coerced can be used in a court of law; nor can ancillary evidence (check out "fruit of the poisoned tree)gathered as a result of same. so-o-o-o, what evidence do they have? ACLU will bring it up, watch. then if the AG tries to claim anything about "prisoner of war" why that will move the case to the world court or some BS

as for death penalty? give it a break. the slug will appeal the case and worst comes to worse he will sit in comfort someplace with his need met by US and gifts/money etc sent by flippin taliban or whatever. (he's a "hero" remember.

A disturbing thought is that Holder and Obama BOTH have said "there will be a conviction and a death sentence". Of course no one KNOWS that for certain unless the jury is tampered with.

Legal analyst have said that they have already prejudiced the trial.
The defense will use their statements to declare that there is no way KM can get a fair trial when Holder and Obama have already prejudiced the jury and therefore all charges must be dismissed.

Scary thought, huh ?Scared Angry

Democratic Party is the party of the four S's: slavery, secession, segregation and now socialism.
"Obama’s incompetence and inexperience is causing liberals to see him as arrogant, aloof, removed, conceited, suspicious of outside advice, and even lazy."

"UNDOCUMENTED WORKERS" = UNDOCUMENTED DEMOCRATS
Our federal government should be doing its job to secure our borders rather than trying to bully and intimidate the people of Arizona

Plenty of evidence on KSM without confession, I am quite sure. i have not checked the others. There may be one or two convicted of lesser acts to make the show look proper.

Transparency in our government at work here.

From all appearance this is just another set-up to make certain politicians look "good" while getting nothing done.

As far as our government is concerned, none of us has the intelligence needed to make important decisions for ourselves which also makes us all just so easy to fool doesn't it?

This whole idea that the jury may be prejudiced is just a laugh to me. The trial is being held in New York City, jury members will be pulled from the county, hmmm will the jury be biased? If there is any possiblity of a fair trial anywhere on US soil I would doubt it. Is it possible for any American to not have bias? I think not!

Now c'mon folks, dear leader wants to show the world how fair we are. He will have these folks tried in a civil court. But don't worry, if not convicted they will be put in prison anyway.
That is showing how fair we are?
Sounds like a trial in Russia to me
The top terrorists being acquitted but STILL not freed will make the Muslims love us?
Do you lefties ever actually listen to yourselves?
