Now see, THERE is the problem. Nobody is atticking the "Mexicans" because they are mexicans(or at least I'm not, guess I can't really speak for everyone). It's because they came here illegally, unlike some of the people we have done jobs for that emigrated here from India. They did it LEGALLY, filed paperwork & all the steps taken to do it the right way(for the most part, most of the ones I have met took the trouble to learn English & speak it fairly well with a small trace of accent). When I say illegals, I'm not just talking about mexicans, I consider anyone who snuck in here without filing the papers & taking the proper steps illegal. Do it the right way & you are welcome, if not you should go back home & start over. File the papers & do it right. Don't know why the "racist" label always has to come into play. I don't buy the idea that everything would be just peachy if only they did it legally. Legality is not the issue. It is what is being presented as the issue, when the real issue is racism. If legality were the issue, then there would be no history of racism against already legalized citizens known as Mexican-Americans. But there is, and a lot of it.
As previously mentioned, from the Mexican point of view, they ARE here legally in what they consider to be their own land. What makes them 'illegal' is that their land has been illegally occupied since the end of the Mexican-American War. They call this occupation of the Southwest 'Occupied Mexico'. The only 'Illegals' are the Americans, who make illegal laws to make the Mexicans look illegal. How can you 'sneak in' to what is rightfully yours? Who's doing the 'sneaking' here? SB1070 is a sneaky law, disguised as a document to make things right and proper, when it is just a device to deport people that are hated because of their race. The Mexican and the Muslim are the current scapegoats. It used to be the Blacks and the Asians. But the Mexican is the easiest one because he is the poorest and the weakest. Bullies always pick on the weakest.

What most people are overlooking is that SB1070 makes no mention of "Mexican", "brown skinned", etc., etc. Those terms were interjected by the media.
SB1070 applies to ALL ILLEGALS....no matter what their race, color, or creed. I believe many cross our open southern border that are potential terrorists.
Those from Mexico are definitely not the only "ILLEGALS" in our country. We have many here that are of Asian decent."Be who you are and say what you feel....

People are free to belive in whatever delusions they choose.
The Mexican-American war ended in 1848. By my reckoning that is one hundred and fifty two years ago.
None of the present southwestern states of the United States have been Mexican territory for 152 years.
If folks want to believe that the territory is occupied Mexico, then they are free to do so.
However this has nothing at all to do with reality.
Anybody who feels otherwise is nothing but a fish-eyed fool.

If you like 19th century history, here is a question. Who gave the French a strongly worded suggestion to pull their troops out of Mexico in 1865? This was followed up with dispatch of 50,000 troops to the border and supply of Juarez with arms.

I don't care what Nationality, color, if they are illegal, GO BACK to where you came from. "Good, OLD Immigration laws" DEPORT illegal foreigners. No matter what all the "Boo Woo and crying" from the destroyers of American Sovereignty want to say. It would be very easy to make sure they are here "LEGALLY". This business of the judge saying they don't have to carry their "papers". You better not go without "papers", if you are a Free-born Citizen, if you drive, unless you have "papers with you". The Citizens have to have "papers". Insurance cards, Driver's Licenses, we live in those kind of days. I remember the days when the Free Born Citizens were FREE, but not anymore. So what's wrong with requiring "foreigners" to carry "papers" and the police will want to see their "papers", they want to see my "papers" and I am "FREE BORN". you do realize that if the judge just said you don't have to carry papers with you (ID) then that gives a free pass to the rest of us!  ah, i can see it now. speeding/running a red light and get pulled over. "license and insurance please", "PAPERS? WE don need no steenkeen papers"!!!! yeah see how far you get with that!! LOL!!!

"allow for warrantless arrests of suspected illegal immigrants..." part of ruling on SB1070. i like that part because she has given a free pass to anyone caught/stopped crossing the border/fence. think about it. you can only be "suspected" of a crime until you are tried etc. so as silly as it sounds anyone crossing the border can do so with impunity. how long do you think it will take the "illegals" to figure this out? took me five minutes and i had to read the whole article. thank the judge with fajitas and tacos boys and girls (oops muchachos y muchachas)

The opinion is laughable because Judge Bolton states the standard for a facial challenge then ignores it. She invents reality by saying the Arizona statute would burden the Federal Government. A good article, John. This seems to be an issue on which the people and our masters are clearly at odds. The people won when Bush tried to do a new amnesty. I fear I would not bet a lot that that will happen again.
