Hi Henrietta, I like your cat/ lion in the mirror icon. So cute! Thank you for your thoughts.
Irezazpi, So your dad and my dad had something in common...
working hard all their lives, and died on a Wednesday morning.
I can relate to getting young ones to spend time with you.
I have a nephew who will be 15 soon. I am hoping when he is driving age that I will be able to invite him over to help me do a chore or two, and either pay him or offer a nice meal.
He is now giving much of his time to helping raise his baby brother who is only one year old.
He is always glad to see me, but we have to make the effort to connect, which seems very hard, but is always worth it.
I do hope you will be able to see your grandchildren more.
Maybe you can ask them about their schedules and try to attend some of their activities?
Here are a couple verses for you:
1 Thessalonians 4:13-14:
Those Who Died in Christ
13 But we do not want you to be uninformed, brethren, about those who are asleep,
so that you will not grieve as do the rest who have no hope.
14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those
who have fallen asleep in Jesus.

He healeth the broken in heart, and bindeth up their wounds.
Psalm 147:3 KJV
My condolences to you and your sister and family.
