Agree. They are all great. I had to suspend my account, as my laptop broke down. It was done with no hassles.Did not get the reps. name.
Subsequently, I needed help to re-establish my account, when I got a new computer. Jeremy(Agent 130) was very helpful, in setting this up, with just one call, despite my having just one phoneline, and no cellphone.
I wish they would have better pricing, or atleast an introductory discount for their broadline services. I would love to upgrade.
