ICFconstruction might be a step ahead with a uniform r value of aboutR-25 (As per R-2000 standards).I have a feeling that manufactured joists could be used in walls, andthe walls braced so you wouldn't need outside sheathing and replacethis sheathing with rigid foam insulation.
