Serial Line Internet Protocol - I am trying to connect to the Internet with a cell phone modem.Here are some of the facts:1)I have set up dial-up networking (correctly, I believe), so when Iconnect, I get the little two monitor icon on sys tray flashing.Several tech support people agreed that I am connected.2) When I go browsing, I get an error "The page cannot be display". Ihave tryed IE, Netscape, SBC, and Opera browser - None of them couldload a page.3) Cannot ping any websites.4) Cannot retrieve or send emails thru outlook.5) I have tested the cell phone modem with another laptop. Everythingworked fine.I am really stuck.Can anyone help?I use Win98SE.Thank you.
