We called budget corporate and they didn't care � it's an independent budget franchise in Anchorage doing this. I would greatly appreciate any advise. The budget location where we rented the car was about a mile from the airport � budget rent a car had young guys ferrying the car from the airport to their other location 1 mile from the airport where we rented the car � the gash could have happened during this process�.. I would greatly appreciate any advise. The fact that Budget can get away with this is very frightening � is this an area where there is no consumer protection?Try contacting the CEO of Budget to discuss your problem. You might wantto also say that you intend to hire legal representation to deal withtheir fraudulant claim and then perhaps sue them in small claims court. |
