ISP Information:
A rating of how quickly a processor can process instructions. A processor rated at 100 MIPS can process 100,000,000 instructions per second. Although it seems straightforward enough, for an accurate comparison you must define which instruction(s) you are going to run, and a rating such as this could lead processor makers to build chips that have high MIPS ratings but aren't useful in the real world. OK - now show us ONE location, ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD, where WalMart has no competition.define competition. anyway that isn't the claim. The claim is that givena lack of competition they are under no restraint to keep prices low. Walmart has not been lowering the quality of their merchandise - they have been strong-arming the vendors into lowering their prices - but that's a different subject entirely. You chose to row this leaky boat, and it's sinking fast.I chose to ask a simple question...you've blown it all out of proportion.
