After many many minutes ofwaiting, finally you get to talk to a representative. No soon enough,the phone call goes dead. You might think customer services will callyou to continue where you left it. NO. Why not? They got yourphone. That it's the first thing they asked you. No. You have tocall back, wait again your 20 or so minutes and start all over. Andmaybe finish your business with them. If not this process couldrepeat at least three or four times.AT&T; I hope you die.
