This is commonly an error in design or programming in a hardware device or piece of software. The effects of a bug may be as harmless as an extra graphic on the screen, or as harmful as a system crash or loss of data. As predicted by TPR, the Commission has denied AT&T'srequest, ruling that the carrier's VoIP offering is, in fact,subject to interstate access charges.
