Plinko, I am sorry to hear that you had problems with your connection that didn�t get resolved. If you would have emailed sales, I could have worked with you personally. As always, I receive all sales and tech emails directly and respond as soon as I can. Considering the timing of this complaint, I find it necessary to mention for the first time publicly that we are going to be making some serious changes to our service in the very near future that does include better technical support as I am aware that some advanced issues have been unresolved in the past. Finally, for the few customers with complaints please know that we do have many, many more satisfied customers that are very pleased with their service they receive from Hotdial.net. I like to think of it as the one time that you went to McDonalds and the orange juice machine was broke. Does that mean that you will never go back? No! It just means that the OJ machine didn�t work on that one day. :;):
