I was hoping for some advice here. The check still hasn't cleared the bank and I wanted to know the legal implications of stopping payment, especially considering the check also contained payment for the PC which I am satisfied with. I would be fully willing to furnish Best Buy with the money for the computer that very day, but I was hoping this way they would be forced to deal with the issue rather than shrug it off.
