ISP Information:
A temporary file created by an operating system before data is sent to a printer. The EMFs are created so that control is returned to the program that is printing more quickly. Then the EMF is sent to the print spooler to be converted into language that the printer can understand. Think of the EMF as a quick and dirty scratch file the OS creates so that programs don't have to talk to the (usually slow) printer directly a ISP Glossary:

Other than having the upstream "advantage" of V.92, there's nodifference between a V.90 and a V.92 connection. V.44 should also bereported for Compression (if enabled and supported).Am I remembering correctly that USR modems do NOT use V.44 even withV.92 + PCM Upstream; it's not even in the USR firmware?--David L.
