I2O - Hi all,I just wanted to tell everyone about my small claims lawsuit againstBest Buy. As a quick summary, I sued Best Buy because they rejected arebate I mailed in. They claimed it was a BestBuy.com rebate and"BestBuy.com rebates are valid with online purchases only." Iinsisted there was nothing on the rebate form that told me it was anonline rebate and sued. Best Buy actually appeared in court, and Iwon. In the end, I got my $100 and Best Buy had to pay all of thecourt costs (about $40 total).
