| ISP Information: Synonym for T4. ISP Glossary: DS-4 - OK, I'll admit getting a bit drunk last night and not responding in atimely manner....My input is this:CBI now known as equifax - when I appeared in their office they wereable to go into their files and make corrections to my credit report inreal time and provide me with a printout showing the correctedinformation before I left their office.TRW now known as experian - when I appeared in their office they wereNOT able to go into their files and make corrections to my credit reportin real time. Their corporate line of SHIT was that "we will put thecorrections into the systen and when the system 'updates' it will beincluded in your file. You can get a corrected copy tomorrow..."Well tomorrow came and went 2 or 3 times (with me taking time off workto drive to their officee each day) without the changes being made to myfile. My official position is that TRW aka Experian is demonstrablyincapable of managing their own computers and that they don't reallygive a shit about accuracy in the credit reports that they provide.as for TransUnion I don't have enough experience with them to make acomment. Their report was apparently not accessed nor considered at thetime that I was attempting (eventually successfully) to purchase amobile home.The bottom line is that CBI / Equifax is much better to deal with thanTRW / Experian.Thanks and have a GREAT DAY!Charley |
