I think rain water may be getting into the BT cable feeding my house. When it has stopped raining the noise fault clears and I have no trouble connecting to my ISP. Is this a possible reason? What can be done? TIAHad a similar problem. Found it's best to complain that your voice linegets bad when it rains as our phone company didn't want to hear aboutdata line problems on a household phone line. They came out and put somenew stuff in the box in front of my house by the highway. Seems the roadsalt, weather, etc had caused a little corrosion.No charge. Works pretty good now.
