Voice over IP - Some general rules I have learned in a few years of shopping on the Net:1. Try not to buy from a firm that you don't know. If you have goodreasons for doing so, check the consumer-complaint and rating sites first.2. Don't order from a company you have no experience with without firstmaking sure that they have a phone number and a real address. Then call thephone number, and make sure that you can talk to a live human being whosounds almost normal.3. Local brick and mortar stores are SOMETIMES better.
