Voice over IP - Some general rules I have learned in a few years of shopping on the Net:1. Try not to buy from a firm that you don't know. If you have goodreasons for doing so, check the consumer-complaint and rating sites first.2. Don't order from a company you have no experience with without firstmaking sure that they have a phone number and a real address. Then call thephone number, and make sure that you can talk to a live human being whosounds almost normal.3. Local brick and mortar stores are SOMETIMES better. Some of them arerun by human beings, and among the ones that aren't, some want you to comeback next time and spend some more money.Hope you got your costume on time.Good luck.David.
