This describes a video game that is played from the first person perspective, i.e., looking out of the eyes of the main character. As well, to achieve the "shooter" aspect, the main character usually has some type of weapon, and to achieve your goals you must kill off enemies. The first meaningful game of this genre was Castle Wolfenstein 3D, and other popular examples include the Doom, Quake, and Unreal series. ISP Glossary:

Obviously, those are extreme examples. But underposted speed limits are a huge problem in the U.S. On most highways, the morons with their cruise controls set at 55 in the left lane are directly responsible for many more traffic accidents and fatalities than the vast majority of drivers who are just trying to go with the flow, somewhere way above the posted limit. The sad part is, the truly dangerous, road-rage causing drivers have the law on their side. It is about money, plain and simple. -DaveYes, "it is about money, plain and simple:" Enough money to adequatelypolice and enforce speed limits will have the desired effects.--"Rats and roaches live by competition under the laws of supply anddemand.
