An executive title related to CIO, usually at a medium or large-sized company. The CTO is, however, more focused on the use of technology in products developed by the company and technology delivered to external customers. CTOs are typically more technical than CIOs.

What would you recommend?I would be amazed if you could find a card without payphone surchargesunless the rates were already high enough to include the surcharge inthe first minute. The actual surcharge paid to the payphone owner ison the order of 29c, so that's what the surcharge to you should be.There's a bazillion different phone cards, and the answer depends onwhether you expect to be mostly calling one country or a range ofcountries.Personally, I use Cognigen's Cognicall card which isn't prepaid, theybill you every month on your credit card, but the rates are reasonableand there's no monthly mininum or other nonsense.
