Thesetwo programs (both freeware) combined with AVG 6.0 run in the back-ground all the time, just looking for spies they can kill. Having aNetgear router (firewall) and Zone Alarm also keep things prettyclean, anyway, I suspect the firewall and Zone Alarm (also free download)prevent the spies from 'calling home' or otherwise reporting to theirowners.
