The first sector on a hard disk or other disk media. When a computer boots up it searches for a master boot record wherever the BIOS tells it to (usually the master hard drive on the first IDE channel, but this can also be checked for in CD/DVD drives and floppy drives) and, based on what the master boot record says, loads up an operating system. Master Boot Record - Adam Leinss wrote:Pizza Hut is not bad, but very expensive. The last time I went thereand ordered a medium pepperoni lover's it was like $16 with a coke!Papa John's is usually where I go, but they too have gone down hill. They use to place the pepperoni underneath the cheese which kept thegrease down, but now they put it on top.Same amount of grease, just hidden under the cheese... :)Have you ever tried Pap Murphy's? It's a "take & bake" place, so they tend to bea bit cheaper than the fully cooked places. They have an excellent "Deeper Dish" for $10. Something like 3 pounds ofingredients that could feed 4 hungry college students . Reminds me of a pizzaplace on the north side of Chicago near Lincoln Park.
