If somebody couldmake a recommendation that would help us give our business to a deservingISP in the US, we would be most appreciative.Our requirements in descending order of importance are:1. No outgoing mail restrictions so that we can use our corporate server tosend email (all of the ISPs we have found block SMTP access to anywhereoutside their own network, forcing users to use the ISP outgoing emailserver). I find it incredible that there is no way for corporate America touse their own email servers while on the road. I completely understand thatthis is a security restriction to reduce spam attempts, but nevertheless, itis something that we require.2. National Roaming (ie: local phone numbers in most major cities)3. 56K Dialup access4. Relatively low level of busy signals5. Reasonable flat rate for unlimited hours, or very low hourly ratesWe do not require web space, email accounts, or any of the other value-addedservices that come with most dial-up packages. We literally only need dialupaccess to the Internet in most major US cities and use our own resourcesfrom there.If there is no such thing, somebody should start this business since Ibelieve it would be very successful.I'd appreciate any help that you could provide.
