Last month the forgot to give me my free air time (nights and weekends) and me bill was up there. So, I get some yuts on the phone and decide to up my minutes to 700 - and it seems way out of whack. I'll have to go through every call when I get the paper bill - go paperless - you'd have to be crazy - autobilling - have yourself committed. This month I am keeping separate track of my calls, time, and when they were made - they aren't going to fuck me over again. The MINUTE we can move numbers to other carriers, I'm gone. The reason I stay is that, for now, it's my business contact phone and I don't want to miss possible contract work. I really wish they'd never broken up the Bell system at least I'd be working for these guys and gettins something back via my pay check. If I knew how to do it, I have a phone that kept track of the minutes that I'm charged for and the free ones - does such a cell phone exist? mrb5674 "Can you bill me now?"I absolutely HATE Verizon. I've used pretty much most cell phoneproviders at this point, and by FAR, Verizon was the worst. They are real good at sucking in customers, but when it comes togetting service, or any kind of attention, forget it. The retards whowork at the Verizon stores are retards, and they look at you likeyou're from another planet if you walk in and ask for anything otherthan:A) A new phone.B) A service plan.C) Accessories for a NEW phone. The trick is to find the least annoying cellular phone company.Forget Verizon. I currently have a Nextel and a Sprint phone. Nextelis pretty good, but they have their issues also. When I was going toquit them, one of the reasons I gave was that they had no provisionfor checking remaining minutes. Oh, "Yes we do" they told me. Theycould have told me that when I asked them a few months before. It'sfunny how they hold out on you until you say you want to quit them.Cingular did a similar thing to me once. However, Sprint, is the easiest and least annoying for me so far. AndI can check on my remaining minutes any time from my phone. Thatfeature to me, is absolutely essential. They have their issues also. A friend of mine has Sprint, and he'sreally pissed about the lack of service he gets (in Los Angeles.) I'vefound Sprint service here in Western New York to be real good though.Verizon BLOWS!!!!
