It would appear that you areon a SLC of some kind that is properly integrated and shouldn't prevent aV.90 connection. Since you said you are over 4 miles from the telco office,I was looking for a bit higher numbers across the board on the y11 results.You have a sharp rolloff but it doesn't indicate multiple A/D conversions.Normally, I would expect you to start out in the 20, or at least upperteens, for a 4 mile cable run.You also get more Blers than I would like to see (average 1 per minute) butnot enough to cause you throughput problems.If you have decent relations with the telco (you said they did try theirbest), you might ask them if you are on a SLC. If you are on a SLC, itmight be an optioning problem. If it turns out you are not on a SLC, you mayhave something else in that line. Maybe even an old half-tap left over froma cable swing. But I would expect that to drag the line down and yoursactually looks very good.The only other things I forgot to ask for was an ati7 showing which versionof the firmware you are running and your modem log to see exactly what youare using for initialization strings.Also, do you know what kind of modem equipment your ISP uses? I always had alittle problem with Link Naks and Timeouts when running against non-USRequipment.
