I have been using mac desktop computers for 14 years. Since the advent of Imacs I have had to regularly deal with the irritation of tiny type fonts as the default size of text and there is no way to correct this defect unless you have some unpublished secret method. The keyboard 'short cut' using command then + or - does not always work. and it is a drag to resort to this all the time. There is not reference to this in System Preferences > Accessibility. When I use the browser Vivaldi it provides a zoom widget that can be set to a default zoom that works on most pages. It strikes be as criminal insanity for Apple to neglect this critically important issue and to set the default font size so low that people with normal vision cannot read the print.
The truly sane person is a lover of truth above all else who seeks to be informed by reality in whole without dissimulation, bias or private interpretation. Many try but they are few indeed who can walk that path. Arguments can cease with commonly accepted definitions of terms.
