January 6 political prisoner Ryan Samsel has been held in prison without trial now since January 2021.
During his two-and-a-half years without trial Ryan has been moved around to 17 different facilities. Ryan has been beaten, abused, tortured, and neglected since his arrest in January 2021.
Earlier this week The Gateway Pundit received exclusive photos from Ryan Samsel’s prison cell at the FDC in Philadelphia. The cell was a size of a closet with a light on all of the time. The cell had a thin blue mattress, no sheets or blankets, no clothing, and he was kept here for five months straight.
The photos are just shocking. This is taking place in America today. This is who we are.
Ryan told The Gateway Pundit in a conversation this week, “I was kept in … a hard cell. And in that particular cell about five, six months. I even told you what was happening is the judge was actually calling, trying to get in contact with me because I wasn’t in a named cell. They were missing me and they were saying I wasn’t showing up to court. They were saying I wasn’t showing up to medical. But they were pretty much keeping me in there… Like I said, it was cold, the light was on, there’s zero window. And that followed me from Virginia. When I was in Virginia, it was the same exact conditions.”

J6 political prisoner Zachary Rehl is no longer able to afford a private attorney without assistance from the American people.
The government is seeking 30 years in federal prison for Rehl, the head of the Philadelphia chapter of the Proud Boys, for “his role in the Capitol riot.”
Rehl committed no violent crimes on January 6. He walked through the Capitol building on January 6 for merely a few minutes, took a selfie in the building then left the Capitol grounds.
Prosecutors argue the 37-year-old Marine Corps veteran and his allies, former Proud Boys chair Enrique Tarrio, 39, Joseph Biggs. 39, and Ethan Nordean, 33, aimed to foment a revolution on January 6 to keep former President Donald Trump in power in a “terror attack” that left a stain on American democracy.
Two days prior to the J6 protest, Tarrio was swatted by the FBI and arrested for burning a Black Lives Matter flag that was stolen from a church during a Stop the Steal rally. At the time, Tarrio was unaware the flag was stolen. In July, Tarrio and the Proud Boys were fined $1.2 million dollars for burning the BLM flag.
The government is seeking 33 years for Tarrio, and Biggs.
Dominic Pezzola, a fifth Proud Boy tried alongside the others, joined the Proud Boys just 30 days prior to January 6 and was acquitted of seditious conspiracy but convicted on other offenses. Pezzola was in a state of shock after the government indiscriminately fired rubber bullets, flash grenades and canisters of tear gas at the crowd,

On day 974 of Jake Lang‘s incarceration as a January 6 Political Prisoner without a trial, he learned in court today that his October trial is canceled and he will be held indefinitely in the DC Gulag.
Federal Judge Carl Nichols delivered a crushing blow to the Constitutional rights of Mr. Lang by deciding not to let him out on bond yet again (a 28 year old man with no prior criminal history!) but instead hold him inside the Washington DC Jail Gulag indefinitely until the Supreme Court decides his recent case filing – possibly for another 3 years?
Jake left the DC Gulag Friday morning at the ungodly hour of 5:30 am with the 5 Proud Boys: Enrique Tarrio, Joe Biggs, Ethan Nordean & Dominic Pezzola to head to court. They were supposedly being moved to another prison because of their terrorist enhancements at sentencing. When he came back with the devastating news about his trial cancelation, the Proud Boys were back in the J6 Patriot pod!
‘Just another sinister act of psychological warfare to mess with all of us Trump supporters,’ Jake later said about the Proud Boys seemingly pointless removal from DC jail and return later today.
Also in Jake’s courtroom on Friday we learned a novel type of January 6 defense has been forged, Judge Nichols told Steven Metcalf (Jake’s attorney) that he was ‘inclined’ to grant Mr. Lang’s motion for ‘Hybrid Representation.’ This is is a first ever in a federal room, a ruling which basically permits Mr. Lang to join his own legal defense team and cross examine witnesses and make his own opening and closing statements! Jake has noted he is very excited about this, but who knows when he will even get his shot at justice?
It seems that the Constitutional Right for a speedy trial and to be held without bond (for 3 years!) is non-existent for January 6 defendants.
Even those patriots like Jake, who was clearly pictured saving the lives of two men, Philip Anderson and Tommy Tatum, at the Capitol as well as attempting to save Roseanne Boyland who died in Jake’s arms.
The most plausible explanation for the indefinite delay of Jake’s trial can be seen in the government’s recent arrest of Philip Anderson just last week.
Philip, who nearly died at the hands of police at the US Capitol, was Jake’s star witness in his trial, and was arrested after 3 years – less than a month from Jake’s scheduled trial date. Maybe now they want more time to come after Tommy Tatum, who also signed a court-sworn affidavit claiming Jake Lang saved his life.

Dear Americans,
My name is Eric Munchel, AKA “Zip Tie Guy”. I pray that none of you reading this ever have to experience what my family and I are enduring.
My mother and I, like many other Americans, made a last minute decision to travel to Washington D.C. to see our beautiful Capitol and take part in a patriotic rally. The night before, on the 5th, we sang and danced and prayed and socialized with so many different walks of life from all over the country.
It was an extremely patriotic event where the National Anthem was sung many times. All interactions with the police were polite and peaceful. I was even stopped this very same night by Metro Police as they thought the taser on my hip was a firearm. After realizing what it, they kindly let me go. I thanked them and told them to have a nice night. I was also wearing body armor and it was not mentioned by the police.
Fast forward to the next morning, my mother and I had slept in after staying up late from the festivities the night before. I wore a similar outfit as the night before and we began our way to our Nation’s Capitol. From this point on, we all can see from the media and videos found online as to what may have happened.
Due to my pre-trial conditions, I am unable to discuss any details of what happened on the infamous day of January 6th.
Fast forward to 4 days later, I turned myself in on January 10th to the Nashville FBI where I was compliant and respectful. I was taken into custody and was held in solitary confinement for my own “protection”. I sat there for the next few weeks on a 23/1 hour schedule. For those who are unfamiliar with what this is, it meant that I spent 23 hrs inside my cell and was only granted 1 hour out.
After my bond hearing in Tennessee, the Magistrate deemed me not to be a flight risk or a danger to society and granted my bond. Unhappy with this verdict, the D.C. office put a hold on my bond and had me transferred post haste, meaning 72 hours. However, this was not what happened. I was transferred to Bowling Green, Kentucky where I sat for 3 weeks.
Once D.C. realized what had happened the U.S. Marshal’s personally transferred me and my mother in shackles up to what is known as the Gulag. As we arrived at the airport, we were beginning to be paraded through the airport where reporters were awaiting our arrival. We were fortunate to have an officer decide to take us the back way.
Once we arrived at the D.C. correctional facility, I was briefly allowed to speak to my mother before being separated. I remember telling her, “I love you momma, keep your head up”. I was ushered to the unit deemed as the D.C. Gulag where my mother was sent to the SHU which stands for the Special Housing Unit where they send people who are mentally unstable. Hearing what my mother endured is something a son never wanted to hear.
As I entered my two weeks of quarantine in the Gulag, I was welcomed into a mold infested cell with nothing but cold air and cold water and only a thin mat to lay on. I stayed here for almost two weeks until one of the guys tested positive for covid and my two weeks started over again. It was because of this that I was granted permission to stay on the covid side and help care for the guys and maintain our cell block. It was also of the utmost importance to help the new guys that were pouring in every day get acclimated. I was also granted permission to go cell to cell when needed to help pray for the guys.
Seeing and experiencing a grown man on the verge of a mental breakdown being shoved in a cold cell with nothing but the sound of other guys talking and dripping water was a truly life-altering experience. We all did what we could to help each other even if it was simply sharing one of the few bibles we had access to.
I was one of the lucky ones that was finally granted bond with every pre-trial condition under the sun placed on my mother and I. Once we got back to TN we gave each other a teary-eyed hug one last time knowing the road ahead was going to be hard and lonely. It was just recently that we were granted permission to call each other once a week.
With a trial date now set for April 11th, and knowing the money for the attorney must be paid one month prior to the trial date, we are doing everything we can to fundraise and work to save up the money needed to pay the new lawyers. I am only asking to give if you can. If not, we greatly appreciate all the prayers we can get for us as we get ready for trial. Just like the Lord did with the Sermon on the Mount, He will take what we have and multiply it.

HORRIFIC MILESTONE: 1000 Days Incarcerated… NO TRIAL
He went to the Capitol intent on peacefully protesting and ended up saving lives.
In footage from the scene that day, the discovery that will be showcased in the Supreme Court, Lang is seen pulling Phillip Anderson and Tommy Tatum, off the ground while they were being trampled and carrying them to safety as police indiscriminately fired the crowd with rubber bullets, tear gas, and flash grenades and beat even the most peaceful demonstrators to a bloody pulp with nightsticks.
Lang is also one of several J6 defendants who attempted to render aid to Roseanne Boyland as she lay unconscious after being beaten to death by Lila Morris, a DC Metro Police officer who was awarded for heroism after the murder.
The New York native and Hunter College graduate went to prison as a 25-year-old young man with no prior criminal record. Now he will celebrate his 29th birthday in a grimy cell of the DC gulag in just a few months.
Lang has yet to have his day in court.
“The right to face my accusers and prove my innocence at trial is the most basic and fundamental human right,” he lamented.
To commemorate his 1000th day imprisoned, Lang is sounding the alarm on the grotesque abuses he and other January 6 defendants endure.
“The conditions of confinement January 6 patriots are crammed into at the Washington DC gulag and in federal prisons and penitentiaries across the country are simply not fit for human life,” Lang warns. “All the January 6 defendants, myself included, have without question been subjected to unconstitutional cruel and unusual punishment for years without reprieve!
“I would like to first say, I am not complaining. I thank God for not only guiding me in maintaining my sanity but a profound peace and joy every day throughout the torment I’ve endured in all thirteen different jails and prisons I’ve been in.
“We have been forced to wither away in an environment that is disgusting and lacking in basic social, dietary, hygienic and religious needs.”
Lang sent The Gateway Pundit a list of the long-standing abuses he and other January 6 political prisoners continue to endure:
1. I have been locked in solitary confinement, in an 8 x10 prison cell for 23/ 22 hours a day for over 600 of my last 1000 days of incarceration. Even some stretches of 2+ weeks inside a cell, only leaving the cell once every 3 days for a 10-minute shower – this was for refusing a COVID test! Irreparably devastating to social & mental health, inhumane at best! Even a dog gets walked outside once a day.
2. No hygeine permitted. Having to go over 15 months without a haircut or shave, makes us feel homeless, disgusting, without human dignity, unrecognizable in the mirror & deranged in the courtroom.
3. Not having in-person visitation with our family for 16+ months, essentially holding us hostage from society in attempt to make us cave into horrible plea deals. (9+ year plea deal in my case)
4. Still no video visitation in DC Jail for Jan 6ers only!
5. Denial of Bible study/worship service for all the January 6 Christians for 20+ months. Forced to read God’s word to each other through the vents in our cells on lockdown. Fellowship finds a way.
6. No outdoor recreation time for first 6 months in DC Jail, and many other stretches of months at a time. Denied direct sunlight & fresh air, treated worse than zoo animals! Imagine never going outside for half a year.
7. Locked in the hole. Jan 6ers are arbitrarily charged with uncostitutional violations and brought to the basement of DC Jail on the ground floor, named ‘ The Hole,’ separated from all human connection, fed through a small slot in the door, handcuffed behind the back to go to the showers, vermin in cells including rats & many cockroaches and damp, pungent mildew smell and wet walls. Brought to an outdoor cage for recreation. No contact with other humans. Bible study through slot in door with other suffering Christians for 20 minutes while you eat alone on floor of your cell. Not chair or desk, an empty room with a 1-inch mattress and an old metal toilet.
I spent 6+ months in the hole. God’s grace was sufficient.
8. Various serious legal violations including no access to discovery or video evidence against you, random raiding of the cells by prison guards where documents go missing, no legal library. Worst possible place to try and prepare an adequate defense for trial.
The entire power & resources of the United States Government versus a man with both arms tied behind his back in the most corrupt & bias city in America for a trial. David vs Goliath. Only God can deliver us, & miracles still do happen.
9. Forced coercion to taking COVID vaccine ( We were told if you don’t take VAX – no family visitation, no religious services, forced to wear mask to leave your cell, & 14 days of quarantine /solitary confinement every time you visit lawyer or go to court!)
10. I was beaten and harassed by DC Jail guards, including a chemical weapon attack by high powered OC Spray. Military grade pepper spray that burns for hours – even days – after they force you to shower naked in front of female guards to remove spray, spray oils leak down to genitals, immense pain & burning sensation. Its horrific. I was sprayed with nearly an entire can once by Srg. Robinson for displaying family photos & a Bible to another Jan 6er inside my own cell. I was left in the basement, ‘The Hole’ of DC Jail for 2 weeks without a change of clothes or blanket. I even had to show up to a virtual court conference and tell Judge Nichols I was literally presently shoeless & without a shirt beneath my jumpsuit while live on the web camera before I was given my property & clothing.
I was also assaulted by Corporal Taylor in front of many witnesses for singing the National Anthem, and thrown against the wall and punched in the gut to force me to stop singing. This happened the day they marched every January 6 inmate through DC Jail holding only a mattress, September 18th 2021, a psychological torture technique often used on prisoners of war to break their resolve. We thought we were being taken outside to be shot.
11. Unconstitutional pre-trial indefinite detention, without right to have reasonable bond set, for 1000 days without a trial. No trial date scheduled, endless limbo of tyranny.
12. Sleep deprivation techniques, bright light stays on inside your cell 24/7, corrections officers constantly banging on your door in the middle of the night to see if you are alive. Horrendous environment to achieve peace. Feds unaware the Word of God is living water and immeasurable peace.
13. Diesel therapy tactics – constantly moving Federal prisoners around to different facilities, unmooring them mentally & making them constantly readjust to new environment. Not allowing them to gather evidence for their defense, keeping their attorneys trying to navigate vastly different procedures for visiting & supplying evidence & legal documents too. New commissary extortion, new clothing basic hygiene, food. Moved to new prison, forced to quarantine, family unaware of your location or if you are safe. Unbelievable stress & pressure. Feeble attempt to break resolve & torture you into plea deal. I have been moved to 13 different facilities since I was arrested January 16th, 2021.
Feds / Deep State unaware of Gods Holy Spirit given to those who suffer as Christ for righteousness sake. Unbreakable patriots thrive in calamity.

This is the same tactic that Gregg Phillips, Catherine Engelbrecht, and True The Vote used for their investigation into the mail-in ballot dropbox fraud during the 2020 election. The cell phone location data collected by this group was used to identify the network of Democrat operatives who committed mass election fraud, as seen in the recently-released documentary “2000 Mules.”
The FBI was alleged to have used this data to identify patriotic protesters who traveled to Washington DC on January 6, 2021, to support President Trump and the US Constitution.
Tens of thousands of nearly one million protesters later walked to the US Capitol following President Trump’s speech where more rallies were scheduled.
The FBI used geotracking to identify the movements of several targeted individuals in this zone.
The government later said this was a restricted zone on January 6th.

“So this is how it works, all right? Every group of people have to have a handler. In any military aspect that we do, you have to have a platoon sergeant or a team sergeant or a commander that tells the team sergeant what to do.
And then it goes down all the way to the lowest private, to the foot soldier. All right, now we’ll start with the MP. No, we’ll go back. All right, you have the civilians that were in the crowd.
And these are teams that I found. They’re the yellow tape crew, the red tape crew, the Gadsden Flag crew. And then you had the Orange hat crew. They were all identifying themselves by wearing a piece of yellow, red or the Gaston Flag tape, or patch on their helmet, their shoulder, their chest, their back, or whatever. I found a guy that had two rolls of red tape attached to his back so his Cohorts can come up.
If they lose their identification of their signature, they can rip another piece off and slap it back on. Or if they get another player, they can add to the masses by giving them an identification code.
These people got together when I first saw him, they got together inside the Capitol. I’m like, look at this guy with the red tape on his hat. I bet he gets together with somebody else.
Sure enough, momenter, four or five of them got together, started pointing, ushering people into different chambers, ushering people into doors, breaking windows, disturbing things.”
