I am an unhappy copper.net customer. The customer service is great! Your product isn't. I am on Dial-up high speed. There is nothing high speed about it! 75% of the time the high speed doesn't even work.At all! And your kilobites per second? Awful!!!!! On a good day,I receive 12 kbps. Can hardly do anything with that!! You also have me in bold letters as an active user. I have to be "on" because of the slow snail pace that copper.net dishes out to me! When I call you,I hear,"copper.net is the leading internet connections in the country". I think your customers think differently!! You can keep my name in BOLD type.I paid you a year in advance,and I will use what little connections you send my way!

If you don't like your name in bold you should be able to sign in in lower case and it will change. there are many who are not pleased with Copper and it's subsidiaries which I belong to. My speed dropped just like most in the last month or more and now I can't use the email. Years ago it was a good company before they got greedy. I am convinced they are concerned with quantity not quality. I hope there is an answer for you. My speed has gotten back up to par only to have email problems which is unusual for my isp. Not much worse than not owning up to the problem at their end. Their pat answer is more often than not at our end. Their "make it a good one" is typical, can't think for themselves. They all say that in parting. Good luck to you!

I would think you could get a refund:) The only thing I can say positive about their conglomeration is that they are the only isp's that offer forum and blogs.

Our connections here have been slow, inefficient and sometimes non-existant - we just get dropped! So you aren't the only one who is unhappy. I would think that satisfied customers should ALWAYS be the goal for a company like copper.net. I joined them because I could pay by check not credit card. I am happy they offer that, but that alone will not keep me here.
